I wanted to make a rice dish that could be made easily but looked attractive, so I thought of this.
I used chicken meat, but you can use pork, ham, bacon, and basically whatever's in your refrigerator. This depends on the rice cooker, but I think this method gives the rice a nice, crisp finish!
