Homemade Champon~ Enjoy Chinese-style Noodles with Pasta Abroad

You can make champon noodles with pasta!!
You don't need champon soup base or champon noodles if you have this recipe!

Ingredients: 2 servings

☆Chinese-style noodles
160 g
Bicarbonate of soda and salt (for 1L of hot water)
1 tablespoon each
☆Champon Soup
400 ml
200 ml
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
☆Champon ingredients
Seafood mix
as needed
as needed
Chinese cabbage
as neede
As needed
as needed
as needed
Bean sprouts
As needed
Other ingredients you like
as needed


1. Boil water in a pan to cook the pasta. After boiling, add 1 tablespoon each of bicarbonate of soda and salt per 1000 ml of water. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the back of the package.
2. Use anything you like or leftovers in the fridge for champon ingredients.
3. Make the soup. Bring to boil 400 ml of water and 200 ml of milk in the pan. After boiling, add weipa and oyster sauce. Adjust the taste with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
4. Heat a little sesame oil in a deep frying pan and stir-fry the meat, vegetables and seafood quickly and add the soup from step 3. Simmer for a while.
5. When the vegetables are tender to your liking, add the prepared noodles and simmer a little. It is done!

I live in a German town and there is no ramen noodle bar. I want to eat ramen!
I tried to make this because it is cold and this dish warms me.
