Taiwanese-style Ramen Noodles

Taiwanese-style ramen noodles are a Nagoya speciality. My husband loves it, and I made it at home with easy seasonings

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese-style noodles
200 g
Ground pork
100 g
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
1 clove
Red chili peppers
2 ~ 3
1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons
800 ml
*Chinese chicken stock granules
2 tablespoons
*Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
*Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon


1. Parboil bean sprouts and Chinese chives. You can also microwave them for about 1 minute.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and stir-fry the garlic and red chili peppers.
3. When fragrant, add ground meat, and continue stir-frying. Once it's cooked through, add doubanjiang and gochujang.
4. Add * ingredients in a pot, and simmer.
5. Serve the noodles, bean sprouts, chives, seasoned meat into a bowl in that order. Pour soup on top, and it's done.
