Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the carrots. Fry over medium heat.
When the carrot is coated in oil, add the ingredients marked with a ● and simmer over medium heat.
When half of the sauce has evaporated, stop the heat, mix in the sesame seeds and you're done. (You can top at the end if you like!♪)

I came up with a kinpira-style dish simply made with carrots. ♪
In step 3, it depends on the strength of your stove, but simmering for around 2-3 minutes should be about right. (Regardless of how much sauce is left, if you check on the hardness as you go, they won't turn out too soft.)
