Melt ○ in the microwave and sift ◇ together. Make a moist and glossy meringue with the ☆ ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 320°F/160℃.
Whisk ★ together in a bowl.
Add ○ and ◇ in that order into the Step 2 mixture and mix together. Then add the meringue, 1/3 at a time, and fold after each addition.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
Dust powdered sugar over for decoration. It'll give it a nice look.

I referred to a recipe I saw in a bookstore and also a recipe I have. It turned out very nice.
When you melt ○ in the microwave, heat slowly little by little, stirring each time. Don't raise the temperature too high or the egg yolk will cook in Step 3. If you use a 12 cm pan, then use just half the amount you would use for an 18 cm pan. For a 21 cm pan, use double the amount as for a 15 cm pan. If you use a madeleine or muffin pan, the baking time will be about 20-25 minutes.
