This tartare sauce can be served with a variety of meat and fish dishes. Homemade sauces are especially delicious.
I wanted to make a tartare sauce at home. I tried many different combinations and thought that this one tasted best.
Drain the pickled cucumbers well (or use normal cucumbers if you don't have any pickled ones.) Mix in the boiled egg after it has cooled. Add vinegar to taste, or none at all.
