Tartare Sauce

This tartare sauce can be served with a variety of meat and fish dishes. Homemade sauces are especially delicious.

Ingredients

Onions (finely chopped)
1/4
Pickled cucumber (finely chopped)
1-2 tablespoons
Parsley (finely chopped)
1-2 teaspoons
Boiled egg (finely chopped)

Mayonnaise
50-70 g
Honey
1 scant teaspoon
Vinegar
a dash
Salt and pepper
to taste
