Beef and Apple Stir-Fry

This is great with wine.

Ingredients

Thinly sliced beef
20g
Apple
1/8
Processed sliced cheese
1/4
Basil leaves

Steps

1. Julienne the apple. Slice the basil in half. If the basil leaves are small, leave as is.
2. Fry the beef in a pan over medium-high heat until it has cooked through. Add the basil and apple and cook until golden brown.
3. Add the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Once the cheese melts, remove from heat.
