Potato and Wiener Sausages in Mustard and Mayonnaise Sauce

You can't go wrong with this golden combination of potatoes, with mayonnaise and sausage with mustard.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Potatoes

Wiener sausages

Vegetable oil (for frying)
as needed
Sauce ingredients:
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Coarse mustard
1 tablespoon
Mirin
1/2 tablespoon
Milk
1/2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into wedges, soak in water, and drain in a colander.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes over high heat until golden.
3. Add the sausages and cover with a lid. Steam with the lid on over a high heat until the potatoes soften.
4. Combine the sauce ingredients, remove pan from heat, add the sauce, mix, and it's done.
