This is my favorite dish from when I studied abroad in Switzerland. They often eat this there, but I wanted to enjoy it in Japan as well, so I bought a rösti slicer to bring home.
You can make it your own by adding some sautéed onions, bacon or cheese. You could even top them with a sunny-side up!
