Pickled Plum and Shirasu Cheese Toast - Tart and Delicious

This is high in calcium and helps blood circulation!
It's good when you are recovering from fatigue.
The tartness enlivens you when you're fatigue, gives you strength, and relaxes your senses.

Ingredients

Sliced bread
1 slice
Butter
as needed
Pickled plum (remove the pit and chopped and smashed)

Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
10 g
Pizza cheese (or melting slice cheese)
20 g (1 slice)
Aonori
small amount

Steps

1. Spread the butter and pickled plum on a bread slice and sprinkle with shirasu.
2. Sprinkle the pizza cheese (or melting slice cheese) and toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with aonori, and it's done.
