Gourmet Supermarket-inspired Shrimp, Broccoli, and Egg Salad

Gourmet Supermarket-inspired Shrimp, Broccoli, and Egg Salad

I recreated a salad sold at a fancy department store's deli.
I didn't buy the salad but imagined that it tasted like this.
It's a beautiful salad that's perfect for guests.

Ingredients: 5 servings

Shrimp (medium sized)
Boiled eggs
40 g
10 tablespoons
8 tablespoons
※Magic Salt (seasoned salt)
1 teaspoon
※White pepper
2 teaspoons

1. Cut the broccoli into bite size pieces, steam in a steamer (or microwave) for 4 minutes. Remove and let cool.
2. Boil the macaroni noodles in salted (not listed) water to the time indicated on the package plus 1 minute. When soft, cool in chilled water.
3. Boil the shrimp, and cut into thirds.
4. Make hard-boiled eggs, and divide into sixths.
5. Mix together the ingredients marked with ※.
6. When the ingredients (expect dressing) have all cooled, mix together
7. Arrange in a serving dish and dress immediately prior to eating.

Story Behind this Recipe

I saw the overpriced salad in the gourmet section of the department store, wondering if I could make one just as beautiful at home.
