Boil the soy milk in a pot, then pour it into a cup.
Add 1 tablespoon of the anko and mix well.
If you like, add another 1/2 tablespoon of anko to make it even sweeter and tastier.
Here's the ready-made anko topping that I used.
Story Behind this Recipe
Don't you crave a warming drink after dinner on a cold winter's night? Well, that was my thought when I came up with this recipe. I know that there are many recipes for adzuki sweets and drinks, but this recipe prioritized simplicity and speed.
Make sure you mix and dissolve the anko well in Steps 2 and 3. You can use soy milk, milk, or skim milk. Please substitute to your taste.
