Salad on the Side

A perfect dish for summer!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Chicken breast
1/2 cut
Cabbage
2 leaves
Olive oil
1 teaspoon
Vinegar
1 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Coarsely ground black pepper
a pinch
Tomato
as needed

Steps

1. Lightly boil the chicken, then shred into bite-sizes. Parboil the cabbage in the same pot of boiling water, then julienne
2. Combine the chicken, drained cabbage, and all the seasonings in a bowl and toss together until evenly combined.
3. Transfer to a serving dish, then garnish with wedges of tomatoes. It's even tastier after chilling it well in the fridge.
