Easy Chinese-style Stir-fried Chicken Breasts

Breast meat is soft and delicious ♪

Its delicious even when cooled, so it's popular in bentos. ♪


Chicken breasts
1 breast (about 240 g)
3 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
a pinch
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
3 tablespoons


1. Cut the breast into bite size pieces.
2. In a plastic bag, put in the breast meat slices and the katakuriko and mix well.
3. Mix together all the ☆ ingredients
4. Stir fry the meat in a pan coated with oil. Once it's starts to brown, use a paper towel to remove excess oil from the pan.
5. Add in the sauce and mix until the chicken is coated. Stir fry until the sauce is almost gone and it's done!
