Easy Grilled Chicken Tenders Rolled with Seaweed

A high protein, low calorie, and an easy snack.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken tenders
a pinch
a pinch
Soy sauce
a little
To taste
Nori seaweed
1/2 sheet
Vegetable oil
a little
1 tablespoon


1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Thinly spread vegetable oil on a skillet and saute the chicken.
3. Add the sake and steam the chicken.
4. Cook until golden brown.
5. Drizzle the soy sauce and grill until the soy sauce is aromatic. Do not let the sauce burn!
6. When it's done, spread wasabi on one side of the chicken. Not too much.
7. Cut into 3 pieces.
8. Cut a sheet of nori seaweed and wrap the chicken pieces. Easy!
