Easy & Quick Bacon and Grated Daikon Radish Rice Bowl

A combination of crispy bacon and grated daikon radish.
This is a rice bowl that can be made super quick.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Bacon
1 slice
Daikon radish
approximately 5 cm
Green scallions
1 tablespoon~
Tempura crumbs
1 tablespoon~
Umami seasoning
a pinch
Soy sauce
to taste
Cooked white rice
1 bowl worth

Steps

1. Grate the daikon. Cook the bacon until crispy, and cut to easy-to-eat pieces (or cut the bacon before cooking).
2. Prepare the chopped green scallions and tempura crumbs. Reference: Recipe ID: 1865257
3. Serve rice into a bowl and top with the bacon in Step 1 and the chopped green scallion from Step 2. Sprinkle with umami seasoning and soy sauce, and it's finished.
