Allergy Free Rice Flour and Honey Cake

This cake is for kids who have food allergies. It doesn't contain flour, dairy products, nor eggs.
It's a fluffy and chewy cake just like mochi.
This healthy cake is good for people who are on a diet.


Rice flour
150 g
Soy milk
170 g
Olive oil
40 g
80 g
Baking powder
7 g


1. Preheat the oven for 180℃.
2. Line the pound cake pan with parchment paper.
3. Add the rice flour and baking powder into a bowl, and mix well.
4. Add the soy milk, olive oil, and honey to the Step 3 bowl, and mix well.
5. Pour the Step 4 batter into the pan, and drop it 2-3 times from a height of about 10 cm to remove air bubbles.
6. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180℃, and you're done.
