Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

All you need to do is mix and leave it to firm up to make this easy homemade tofu. Sprinkle with katsuobushi and drizzle sauce on top.

Ingredients

Soy milk (additive-free)
250 ml
Salt
2 pinches
☆Gelatin
5 g
☆Water
20 ml
Ground black sesame seeds
3 tablespoons
Sauce
Ponzu
50 ml
Mayonnaise
25 g
Toasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Add the ☆ gelatin to the water and leave to soak.
2. Add the soy milk and salt into a pan and heat. Just before it begins to boil, add the gelatin and water from Step 1 and completely dissolve.
3. Add the ground black sesame seeds to the pan and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day to firm up.
4. Cut and serve. Add the sauce ingredients to a bottle and shake thoroughly! Drizzle the sauce over the top and eat.
