Asian Sweet Potato Muffins

These Asian sweet potato muffins are a little bit chewy and slightly sweet.
It's an easy recipe that you can make it by just mixing the ingredients.

Ingredients: 6

Asian sweet potato (net weight)
120 g
Cake flour
90 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
60 g
40 g
4 tablespoons
Black toasted sesame seeds
as needed


1. Shift together the cake flour and baking powder.
2. Add the butter and sugar in a bowl. Also add the boiled Asian sweet potatoes and mash them.
3. Add the egg and milk and mix. Then combine the dry ingredients.
4. Place the cupcake liner in a muffin tin. Pour in the batter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Bake in the 180℃ oven for 20 minutes.
5. Cool on a rack.
