Microwaved Custard Cream with Honey

Ingredients: 1 cup's worth

Egg

Cake flour
15g
Milk
200ml
Granulated sugar
50g
Honey
20g

Steps

1. Mix the egg well and set it aside in a bowl. Mix the cake flour and granulated sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Gradually add the milk to the flour mixture from Step 1.
3. Add the beaten egg and thoroughly mix until evenly combined.
4. Add the honey and mix well.
5. Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes at 600W. Stir the cream about 30 times and microwave again for 1 minute at 600W.
6. Stir again and it's done! The microwaving time may vary depending on your microwave, so adjust accordingly.

I made custard cream with honey since I had lots of homemade honey to use up. The honey gives this a sweet finish.
