Soft Bread with Corn

A fluffy bread with cream corn integrated into the dough.


Bread (strong) flour
200 g
15 g
3 g
Skim milk powder
5 g
Instant dry yeast
2 g
Creamed corn
60 g
82 g
○Unsalted butter
20 g
○Corn kernels
45 g


1. Knead all ingredients except for the ones marked with ○. Once everything has kneaded together add the butter and knead together.
2. Knead in the whole corn evenly, and allow to first rise until its size doubles.
3. Once the dough is complete, divide into 8 pieces and let sit for 15 minutes.
4. Make into nice round shapes and allow for the second rise.
5. Sprinkle with the strong flour and bake in the oven at 220°C for 13 minutes.
6. Soft and fluffy.
