These are potato mochi made with potatoes, katakuriko, and salt. I wrapped them with nori seaweed, and prepared them isobe-yaki style.
I adjusted the amount of katakuriko and the pan-frying time. This recipe can be used in many different dishes.
It tastes more delicious to use concentrated soy sauce like sashimi soy sauce.You can flavor them with sweetened soy sauce or dashi soy sauce to your liking. Adjust it to your preference.
