Salmon Salad

Salmon Salad

I kept leftover salmon skin when I made fall salmon doria, and turned it into chips as a topping It doesn't smell. It's fragrant and delicious!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Smoked salmon
as needed
Onion
1/2
Cucumber
1/2
Cherry tomatoes
2
Salmon skin
1

Steps

1. Cut the salmon skin, which was leftover from doria (Recipe ID: 2006530) into 1 cm pieces.
2. Fry in a frying pan with oil. It's troublesome so I just fry it, but coating with cake flour prevents the oil from spitting.
3. When it becomes crispy, set it aside.
4. Mix smoked salmon, sliced onion, and cucumber. Use any kind of vegetables you like.
5. Serve into a bowl, and sprinkle fried salmon skin as a topping.

Story Behind this Recipe

I often have a salad with fried onions on top, and I got a hint from it. I used fried salmon skin instead.
