Easy Cod and Mushrooms Foil Bake

Just wrap the ingredients in foil, and leave it up the the frying pan. It's made in no time at all.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cod (lightly salted)
2 pieces
Japanese leek
Shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms
1/2 pack each
Butter or margarine
2 teaspoons
Black pepper, ponzu


1. Slice the leek diagonally. Cut the stem ends off the mushrooms and shred apart into small clumps.
2. Put the cod, mushrooms and leek on a large piece of aluminium foil in that order. Top with a teaspoon of buter and black pepper. Make 2 foil packets.
3. Close up the foil.
4. Put the foil packets in a frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, and an additional 3 minutes over low heat. Done.
5. Eat sprinkled with a little ponzu sauce. The cod is already flavored, so go easy on the sauce.
