Corn Rolls

These are bread rolls that are filled with a lot of corn.

Ingredients: Makes 12 rolls

Bread flour
200 g
Cake flour
50 g
20 g
5 g
Unsalted butter
15 g
50 ml (1/4 cup)
110 ml (1/2 cup)
Dry yeast
3 g
Canned corn
100 g
Canned corn
60 g
to taste


1. Put all of the ingredients for the bread other than the corn into a bread machine and set it to make the dough.
2. Once the first rising is done, divide the dough into 2 portions. Cover it with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let them sit for 15 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a 30cm by 15cm shape and sprinkle the corn on. From the bottom, roll the dough up.
4. Divide the dough into six portions and put them into aluminum cups. Cover with a tightly wrung out damp towel, set your oven to the bread rising setting, and then let the dough rise a second time for 40 minutes.
5. Top with corn and mayonnaise.
6. Bake in an oven for 18 minutes at 190°C (375℉).
