Hot Dogs in a Roll

Roll out the dough thinly and long and it's simple!

Ingredients: Makes 12 rolls

Bread flour
200 g
Cake flour
50 g
20 g
5 g
Unsalted butter
15 g
1/4th cup (50ml)
1/2 cup (110ml)
Dry yeast
3 g
Hot Dogs (Long)
12 hot Dogs


1. Other than the hot dogs, put everything into a bread maker and let it make the dough.
2. Once the first rising is done, divide the dough into 2 portions. Cover it with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let it sit for 15 minutes.
3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a 30 cm by 15 cm shape and cut it into 6 long strips.
4. Roll the dough around the hot dogs, and once you are done rolling them, arrange them from top to bottom on some parchment paper.
5. Let the dough rise a second time. Place in the oven on the bread proofing setting for 40 minutes.
6. Preheat oven for 375℉ (190℃) and bake for 18 minutes.
