Rice Flour Mug Cup Cake

An easy cake - just mix the ingredients in a mug and microwave for 1:40 minutes Mix in some cocoa or matcha, and top with honey or chocolate syrup.

Ingredients: one 300 ml mug

☆ Rice flour (Joshinko)
3 tablespoons
1 1/2 tablespoons
☆Baking powder
1/3 teaspoon
★Soy milk
2 tablespoons
★ Vanilla oil
3 drops


1. Put the ingredients marked ☆ into the mug and lightly mix.
2. Add the ingredients marked ★ and mix well. Make sure there are no pockets of flour left at the bottom of the mug.
3. Mix well until it becomes smooth, then place the mug in the centre of the microwave plate and microwave at 600W for 1:40 minutes.
4. It's done when the dough rises up out of the mug There will be a hollow at the bottom of the mug, so don't be surprised!
