For Your Bento! Easy Ginger Pork with Lots of Onions

The onion-rich marinade is sooo good It's amazing! It really whets your appetite! ! They're sure to ask for more. My husband loves this and so do my kids!

Ingredients: 4 servings + enough for a bento

Thinly sliced pork (round, or for ginger pork, etc)
about 400 g
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
◎Grated onion
1 large onion worth
◎Ginger (grated)
2 pieces (about 2 teaspoons)
◎Garlic (grated)
1 clove (about 1 heaping teaspoon)
◎Soy sauce
6 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons


1. Combine the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
2. Add the pork, rub the sauce in lightly, and let rest. Cut the onion into wedges.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir fry the pork. When the meat changes color, add the onion and the sauce left in the bowl.
4. Stir fry until the onion is translucent...
5. It's done! Enjoy.
6. It's also delicious topped with cheese. Put bean sprouts in a heatproof container, spread the ginger pork on top, and pour the sauce over.
7. Top with cheese. Bake in a toaster oven or oven until the cheese has melted. Voila, ginger pork with cheese.
