Chicken Teriyaki

This has a shiny finish! If you season the chicken with salt and pepper, it will be like Christmas chicken.


Chicken thigh
♥Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons


1. Cut the chicken thighs into any size you like or into half. Heat the pan on a medium heat and grill skin-side down.
2. Wipe off any oil the comes out while cooking.
3. Flip the chicken when the skin has a nice golden brown color, and grill for two more minutes.
4. Turn the heat off, mix the ♥ seasonings together, pour the mixture into the pan, and let it boil.
5. Cook with the lid on for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for 2 more minutes. Then, take the lid off and let the sauce thicken. The sauce will start to thicken in about 2 minutes.

7. I cut the chicken thigh into 6 pieces. It will give you stamina if you add garlic chives!
