Creamy Avocado Natto Pasta

You don't need a frying pan to make this delicious and healthy pasta.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pasta
200 g
Avocado
1-2
Natto
1 pack
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
a bit less than 2 tablespoons
Milk
4 tablespoons
Soy sauce
a bit less than 1 teaspoon
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
Pepper
as much as you like

Steps

1. Add salt to the boiling water as the package instructions specifies and cook the pasta.
2. Dice the avocado.
3. In a large bowl, mix the seasonings, add 2/3 of the avocado and roughly mash them up. Add the sauce that came with the natto.
4. When the pasta is cooked, drain well in a colander, add to the bowl from Step 3 and mix well. Serve on a plate and top with the remaining avocado from Step 2 and the pasta is done!
