My Family's Special Juicy Chicken Karaage

Our house special juicy chicken karaage! It's quick, easy, and good for bento!
Kids love it.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken thigh meat
★ Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
★ Sake
1 tablespoon
★ Grated ginger
1 teaspoon
★ Grated garlic
a little
★ Salt and Pepper
To taste
Plain flour
3 tablespoons
2 tablespoons


1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ★ and chicken. I like adding more salt and pepper for the taste.
3. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
4. Discard the excess marinade.
5. Add flour, katakuriko and mix well.
6. Heat oil to 350°F (170℃) and fry the chicken for about 4 minutes.
