I came up with a delicious way to prepare chicken breast bone cartilage. It is easy and only takes 5 minutes to prepare! Give this a try when you can get some chicken cartilage.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken breast bone cartilage
200 g
Sesame oil (for stir frying)
1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic
1 clove
Ginger (grated)
a small amount
Salt and pepper
a small amount
2 tablespoons
Green onions
about 4 cm
Sesame seeds
a small amount


1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic and ginger. Once fragrant, add the chicken breast bone cartilage and cook thoroughly.
2. Season with salt and pepper and add the ponzu.
3. Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds and it's done. It's really easy and delicious.
