Peel the lotus root and chop into small pieces.
Peel the pear, remove the stem and chop into small pieces.
Blend the lotus root, pear and yoghurt in a mixer.
Pour it into cups, add some Chinese wolfberries for decoration, and it's done.

This is a recipe I learned from a teacher of Chinese medicine. The recipe is for personal use only.
Lotus root is rich in glycoprotein, mucin and fibre. Mucin protects the stomach walls, and helps protein and fat digestion. The combination of Asian pear and Chinese wolfberry is good for you if you have the coughs, and it also has skin moisturising properties.
