Chinese Food Therapy: Asian Pear and Lotus Root Smoothie

The combination of Asian pear and Chinese wolfberry is good for your respiratory system, especially if you have the coughs. It also has moisturizing properties.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Lotus root
200-300 g
Asian pear
500 g
Chinese wolfberries
as needed
Yoghurt
as needed

Steps

1. Peel the lotus root and chop into small pieces.
2. Peel the pear, remove the stem and chop into small pieces.
3. Blend the lotus root, pear and yoghurt in a mixer.
4. Pour it into cups, add some Chinese wolfberries for decoration, and it's done.
