Pacific saury is actually in season in autumn, but if you use a can, you can eat it all year round! You can make delicious seasoned rice just by using a 98 yen can of kabayaki-style pacific saury!
This is just something that I thought of on a whim.
Maybe just to adjust the water accordingly? Since you also add the juices from the can, maybe you should add slightly less water?
