Thick Tofu and Mizuna Soup

Soy products are great for diets. This is healthy, but thick and creamy, so the soup is filling. Each serving is about 80 kcal.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1/3 block
Mizuna leaves
1 bunch
250 ml
Chicken stock granules
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
to taste (for a subtle flavor)
a small amount
Katakuriko slurry
about 1/2 teaspoon


1. Cut the tofu and mizuna leaves into bite-size pieces and add to a saucepan along with the water.
2. Add the chicken stock granules, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger. Let it simmer for a little while.
3. Add the katakuriko slurry. It's done once the soup has thickened.
