Autumn Pizza with Chestnut, Walnut, and Cream Cheese Pizza

This is a pizza with chestnuts, walnuts, cream cheese and honey. The toppings that go well with wine will make an excellent pizza! It can be a dessert pizza or with a glass of wine.

Ingredients: 22 cm round pizza

Cream cheese
30 g
Olive oil

1. Peel the chestnuts (they are easier to peel if you soak for over 5 hours), and chop into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
2. Toss the chopped chestnuts with olive oil.
3. Preheat the oven to 250℃.
4. Roll out the pizza dough into a 22 cm diameter circle. The thickness should be about 1 cm.
5. Spread olive oil all over.
6. Sprinkle the chestnuts on top.
7. Scoop the cream cheese with a teaspoon, and drop it on with another teaspoon.
8. Spread the walnuts. Lightly salt all over the pizza.
9. Reduce the oven temperature to 230℃, and bake it for 12 minutes. Check occasionally not to burn it.
10. Once it is done baking, drizzle on the honey evenly and it is done!!
