Easy Chocolate Pies

If you keep frozen puff pastry in stock, you can make these any time you have a craving for them!

Ingredients: 6 pies

Frozen puff pastry
2 sheets
Chocolate bar
1 bar
Egg yolk
as needed


1. Thaw the pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
2. Cut the sheets into thirds, slice the chocolate bar into sixths, and wrap the chocolate in the pastry.
3. Make slits in the surface and brush with egg yolk.
4. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200℃.
