Seasonal Autumn Sweets Fancy Sweet Potato

This is my family's favorite autumn sweet.
It is easy and looks so sophisticated. It is a great idea for a gift.


Sweet potato
700 g
70 g
40 g
Egg yolk (Medium)
Vanilla essence
a small amount
as needed


1. Peel the skin off the sweet potatoes and cut into small pieces. Soak in water and drain.
2. Place the pieces into a sauce pan and cover with water. Cook until the potatoes soften.(Until a toothpick pushes through easily.
3. Drain and then strain the sweet potatoes to make a puree.
4. Add the softened butter, egg yolks, and sugar in another bowl and mix well.
5. Combine Steps 3 and 4, mixing smooth.
6. Now add the vanilla essence and mix some more. If the mixture is not soft enough to squeeze from a piping bag, add a little extra milk.
7. Now transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
8. Pipe the potato mixture into paper cups.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ for 20 minutes.
10. They're complete.
