Shiso & Tofu Hamburgers

These are tofu hamburgers that everyone knows! Other recipes use too many ingredients! This is so simple but so delicious! Learn from a pro!

Ingredients: Serves 2

Mixed ground beef and pork
200 g
Firm tofu
200 g
1 clove
Krazy Salt
1 teaspoon
Black pepper
a small amount
Shiso leaves
About 10 leaves


1. First, cut up the tofu and put it in a sieve or colander to drain. You don't have to drain it too much.
2. Combine all the ingredients together. Remove the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them up. Crumble the tofu gently with your hands.
3. Mix it well.
4. Put some oil on you hands and toss the dough with your hands. It's a shame you can't see the seams. Once all the air is out, form the dough into patties and they're ready to be fried.
