Pork in Ponzu and Mayonnaise

Easy and quick because you microwave the onions.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Thinly sliced pork (Belly is recommended. For bentos, offcuts are fine.)
250 g
Shimeji mushrooms
1/2 packet
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
*Tubed garlic
1/2 teaspoon
2 1/2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1/2 teaspoon
Salt, pepper
as needed


1. Thinly slice the onion, put it in a heatproof dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 1 minute 50 seconds. (500W).
2. Cut the stems off the mushrooms. Combine the ingredients marked *.
3. Spread sesame oil in a pan and fry the pork. When the meat is cooked through, add the mushrooms and onions.
4. When the mushrooms are cooked through, add the ingredients marked * and fry over strong heat. Taste, and add salt and pepper if necessary. All done!
