Low Calorie Baked Cod with Herbs and Panko

The herb panko makes this crispy. Cook this under the grill without oil, so it becomes a low calorie and healthy dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 pieces
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Herb panko:
3 tablespoons
Dried herbs (basil, parsley or thyme)
as needed
Parmesan cheese
a small amount
a small amount


1. Cut the cod in half horlzontally and sprinkle with sake. Pat dry any moistures and season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix your favourite herbs and Parmesan cheese with panko.
3. Spread mayonnaise thinly on both sides of cods. Then coat with herb panko.
4. Cook under the grill for about 15 minutes. Keep your eyes on it.
5. When it browns, it's ready to be serve.
