Fragrant Basil Seafood Soup Pasta

This is a light and healthy soup pasta.

Ingredients: 1 serving

90 g
Mixed frozen seafood
50 g
1 tablespoon
White wine
100 ml
Genovese Sauce (Basil sauce)
1 tablespoon
Consommé soup stock granules
1/2 tablespoon
Red chili pepper
Grated cheese (Parmesan)
as desired
as needed


1. Boil the pasta in salted water (not listed).
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the seafood and thinly sliced red chili pepper. Saute.
3. Add the white wine to Step 2, bring to a boil, and evaporate the alcohol.
4. Add the basil and soup stock granules, taste, and adjust the seasoning with salt.
5. Drain the boiled pasta well and add to the frying pan in Step 4. Toss and transfer to a dish.
6. Garnish generously with cheese.
