Pork Offcuts Stamina Stir-Fry

This garlic flavored, bittersweet sauce is sure to give you a boost of stamina. Vinegar makes it refreshing. Cook the pork offcuts all at once for a big, voluminous meal!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced pork offcuts
400 g
As needed
Vegetable oil
As needed
Lettuce, cabbage, etc
As needed
Combined Seasonings:
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
Grated ginger
a small amount
Grated garlic
to taste


1. Form 5 cm piles of the pork offcuts.
2. Add vegetable oil to a heated frying pan. Lightly coat the pork from Step 1 with katakuriko, flatten and add to the frying pan. Cover with a lid and cook.
3. Once the color has changed, flip over, and cook uncovered.
4. Once cooked, add the seasoning, and pour over the meat repeatedly until you get a nice thickness. Then turn off the heat.
5. Add lettuce or other vegetables to a plate. Transfer the meat and top with any remaining sauce in the frying pan.
