Fluffy Chocolate Bavarois

These fluffy chocolate bavarois made with milk chocolate have the perfect amount of sweetness. Enjoy with chocolate syrup.

Ingredients: 10 pudding cups (120 ml each)

Milk
450 ml
Milk chocolate
2 bars (1 bar 55 g)
Gelatin
9 g
Heavy cream
150 ml
Chocolate syrup (store-bought)
as needed (optional)

Steps

1. Pour the heavy cream in a bowl, and whip with a whisk until it becomes thick.
2. Add the milk, crushed chocolate, and gelatin into a pot, and bring to a boil while mixing with the whisk.
3. Plunge the Step 2 pot into a bowl with ice-cold water to cool, and mix until it starts to become thick.
4. Add Step 3 to the Step 1 bowl, and mix.
5. Pour the Step 4 mixture into cups, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden. Pour chocolate syrup on top if you like, and it's done.
