Seriously Delicious Crabstick, Avocado and Broccoli Salad

This dish contains the creamy texture of avocado and cream cheese as well as vitamin E. It's a good dish for tired eyes.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Avocado (a small one about 10 cm long)
Broccoli (boiled in salted water)
2 stalks
Imitation crabsticks
3 to 4
Cream cheese (cut into half cm cubes)
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
■ Lemon juice
1/4 lemon's worth
■ Lemon slices
1/4 lemon's worth
■ Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Juice the lemon (reserve some slices to use as decoration). Cut the crabsticks in half.
2. Cut the cooked broccoli up, dividing the florets into small pieces and cutting up the stem pieces into 5 mm pieces.
3. Cut into the avocado lengthwise, and twist with both hands to separate the halves. Take out the pit.
4. Scoop out one half of the avocado. This will be used as a serving container. Sprinkle the inside of the half with lemon juice to prevent it from discoloring.
5. Cut up the scooped out avocado into 2-3 cm cubes. Mix with the broccoli, crabsticks, cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise .
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mound into the hollowed out avocado half, decorate with the reserved lemon slices, and it's done.

My family loves this dish of course, but for some reason girls love it. When I have my girlfriends over for a meal, we end up having this often.
