Healthy ☆ Okara Rice Flour Pancakes

These pancakes are low-sugar and healthy ☆ They are slightly sweet, filling, and are great for kids' snack ♪

Ingredients: 2 servings

Rice flour
80 g
Baking powder
4 g
Raw cane sugar
25 g
Fresh okara
50 g
70 g
Refined white sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon


1. Mix together the rice flour, baking powder, cane sugar, and okara with a whisk.
2. Add the milk, egg, and vegetable oil and stir in well.
3. Cook the batter in a frying pan.

Story Behind this Recipe

I thought up this recipe because I wanted to make a pancake with healthy ingredients. As opposed to a simple rice flour pancake, this recipe uses less rice flour and lots of okara.
