Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Once that is done, add in the flour and mix again.
Cover what you made in Step 1 with some plastic cling wrap. Roll out the dough until it's about 1 cm thick. Put it in the fridge and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Take out the dough and divide it into 19 portions (each portion should be 10 g). Shape the dough into balls and lay them out on parchment paper.
Bake for 17 minutes in an oven preheated to 335℉ (170℃) and they are done!
Story Behind this Recipe
I had a bunch of peanut butter, so I wanted to use it to make cookies.
In Step 1, when you add in the flour, keep mixing even though it will seem quite floury in the beginning (Apply a bit of pressure to bring the dough together.) Try not to overmix after the flour has been combined with the rest of the ingredients.
