Crispy and Round Peanut Butter Cookies

It only takes 4 ingredients to make these sweet and salty peanut butter cookies. They make cute presents because they're cute and round.

Ingredients: Makes 19 cookies

Peanut butter
40 g
50 g
30 g
Cake flour
70 g


1. Combine the peanut butter, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Once that is done, add in the flour and mix again.
2. Cover what you made in Step 1 with some plastic cling wrap. Roll out the dough until it's about 1 cm thick. Put it in the fridge and let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. Take out the dough and divide it into 19 portions (each portion should be 10 g). Shape the dough into balls and lay them out on parchment paper.
4. Bake for 17 minutes in an oven preheated to 335℉ (170℃) and they are done!
