I made this using the vegetables I had in my refrigerator. It's delicious with just tomato sauce and anchovies.Of course, it goes well with wine.It's excellent if you use fresh pasta (15 mm)!!

If you add vegetables to pasta that kids love, it becomes a nutritious dish!!The picture shows an avocado salad as a side dish.
