One-Plate Dinner Tomato and Anchovy Pasta.

I made this using the vegetables I had in my refrigerator. It's delicious with just tomato sauce and anchovies.
Of course, it goes well with wine.
It's excellent if you use fresh pasta (15 mm)!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

200 g
4 filets
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
1/3 bunch
Olive oil
3 tablespoons
Garlic powder
a small amount
160-200 g


1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic powder, mashed anchovies, shimeji mushrooms, and spinach and stir-fry.
2. Add the tomato sauce to Step 1. Boil the pasta in salted water and coat with the sauce to finish!!
