Easy! Economic! Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Chicken nuggets are always a hit with the kids!
They also go great with beer It's also a good dish to serve up during Christmas gatherings.
Chicken breast meat is cheap, healthy and low in calories.

Ingredients: Makes about 12 nuggets

Chicken Breast Meat (skinless)
1 breast (About 300 g)
Eggs (beat)
1/2 an egg
Corn starch or katakuriko
2 tablespoons
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Weipa (dissolve it in a little of water. If unavailable, chinese soup stock is okay)
1 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Honey mustard sauce:
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons
Grainy mustard and Honey
1 tablespoon each
Barbecue Sauce:
Ketchup and Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 & 1/2 tablespoons each
Honey
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut up the chicken breast and then mince it in a food processor. Add in all the other ingredients and then blend it one more time until it all mixes together.
2. In a frying pan, add a generous amount of oil and heat it up. Next, once you have formed the mixture from Step 1 into nuggets, add them in. Fry them till both sides are golden brown.
3. Transfer to a plate and serve with the sauce or your desired seasonings!
