Story Behind this Recipe
Children love chicken nuggets. These homemade nuggets are economic and healthy. I tried my hand a number of times in order to perfect a simple recipe.
Wet your hands when you form the nuggets. It's easier to shape them into little round balls before you try to make them look like nuggets. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, scoop with a spoon, drop in the pan and then spread it out while shaping gently with the spoon. You can just use ketchup and dried mustard instead of the sauce if you'd prefer! They're also delicious as is!
