Avocado and Shrimp Salad

I always use American mayonnaise. It makes for a creamy, delicious salad.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Avocado
1
Small shrimp
50 g
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons
Salt
a small amount
Pepper
a small amount
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
Sake
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed, then cut into 1 cm chunks. Sprinkle half of the lemon juice on top.
2. Sprinkle the sake onto the small shrimp, dry fry in a pan, heat through, then let cool.
3. Add the avocado from Step 1 to the shrimp from Step 2, then add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix lightly. Finally, add the mayonnaise, mix, and it's done!!

5. I always use this mayonnaise. It's so creamy, it's hard to believe that it's just mayonnaise.
